Our Refund Policy:We want you to be happy with our pottery and your purchasing experience. We firmly believe that a happy customer is our best way of advertising. If, for any reason, you do not like what you ordered, we will either replace it or refund your purchase price (less shipping). We will, however, provide you with a credit towards shipping on your next order. All we ask you to do is contact us before you return anything, since we will not accept surprise packages.
Credit Card Sales: Internet orders, when placed on our shopping cart is secure and almost instantaneous. Compare that to a restaurant, where you give your card to a wait person who disappears for five minutes with your card. We must use two passwords to access your card and we will never charge your card until the pottery is ready to ship. Remember, never send any confidential information in your e-mail, it is not secure. Also, when ordering on-line, always look for the https, it means that the site is secure.
